All fees are due in advance and non-refundable, including in cases of suspension or termination. Failure to pay may result in immediate service disruption or termination.

All warranties are expressly disclaimed, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, performance, and data integrity.

You are solely responsible for all data. tcpeer.com has no obligation to back up, retain, or restore data and is not liable for loss, corruption, deletion, or unauthorized access under any circumstances.
7. Termination
tcpeer.com may suspend or terminate any account or Service at its sole discretion, with or without cause or notice. No refunds will be issued.
